- The dwarven Clan Shattered Shield from Citadel Sundbarr flees the Ice Mountains following the approach of renegades from Citadel Felbarr. (Said renegades are believed to be carriers of a plague called the slaying slumber.) Clan Shattered Shield begins a long journey, traveling eastward across the High Ice to Dareth.[1]
