−75 DR in conflicts

  • Rashemen is liberated from the rule of the demon lord Eltab by an alliance of Rashemi, Rus, and Raumviran witches. Yvengi, a Rashemi–Rus hero who wields the magical sword Hadryllis, wounds Eltab in battle. Eltab flees, but is caught by the witches far to the south in the Sharawood in the Eastern Shaar. The witches imprison Eltab under the forest and bind the Everlasting Wyrm as his jailer.[1]
  • After refusing to house the Emperor of Shou Lung's troops, descendents of the Ho Dynasty living in T'u Lung revolt and seize control the coastal city of Ausa. Shou troops liberate the city after four months, then spend two years rounding up the clan leaders and executing them by imperial decree. Some clan members survive and reestablish themselves. Shou atrocities become notorious among barons and ordinary folk alike.[1]

Deaths in −75 DR

−75 DR in politics

  • Following the death of Eltab, the Raumviran witches demand the right to choose the Iron Lord of Rashemen, now established as a nation.[1]
  • The heir to the throne of Tethyr, Garynor's great-grandnephew, is only four years old. None of the nobles are comfortable with the king's twin sister Rhynda Ithal ruling as regent because she is a woman—despite having been her brother's vizier for fifty years.[citation needed]
  • Regent Princess and Vizera Rhynda arranges a marriage between her young grandson, King Nishan II, and the granddaughter of Syl-Pasha Akkabar el Shoon of Calimshan. This guarantees the stability of both kingdoms, but nobles in both realms protest.[1]
