- Lord Geldirth Gost begins to branch out from his family's traditional caravan mustering business by setting up direct trade via portals in a secret complex he has built beneath the family villa in the North Ward of Waterdeep.[2]
1219 DR in conflicts
- The forces of Shou Lung invade T'u Lung again, in the Forty-First Incursion (as it is called by T'u Lung). Emperor Wai Chu Doang of T'u Lung leads his army into the Battle of Tan, but is routed and pursued into the T'hai Salt Flats, where he is killed by Shou assassins.[1]
- Wai Chu Cor, the emperor's son, repels Shou forces, but is mortally wounded in the Battle of Steaming Horses.[1]
1219 DR in politics
- Wai Chu Cor dies before he can become emperor of T'u Lung. The crown passes to Wai Juku A'ti, grandson of Wai Chu Doang.[1]
