- Clan Malaug assaults Chaulssin, employing information gather in the Harpstar Wars of 1222 DR. Clan Malaug kidnaps a pregnant concubine of Chaulssin's Patron Grandfather.[1]
- After a much-respected noblewoman of Tethyr is captured and murdered by orcs, vengeful humans massacre orcs across the South in an act of genocide. Surviving orcs remember this as the "Year of Pushing Too Far"[1]
1241 DR in environment
- Dwarves of Ironfang Deep in the Mountains of the Alaoreum inadvertently collapse a mountain on their own city. This effectively ends their war with Turmish.[1]
