- The Citadel of Many-Arrows falls to it's own forces before being claimed by the Dwarves.[1]
- Zaranda Star is betrayed by one of her own companions while in Ithmong and is imprisoned beneath Zazesspur.[2]
- Jarlaxle and Artemis Entreri arrive in the Bloodstone Lands[3].
- The Simbul dissapears for three months during the spring. Councilors begin to jockey for position, many hoping to be named the new ruler by acclamation. When the Simbul finally returns, she makes clear arrangements to notify the council in the event of her death.[4]
- The autumn frost comes early to the forest of Cormanthor and the lack of food north of Highmoon causes the leucrotta to turn on the halflings of Casckel village, eating them all.[5]
