Arkaras was a very tall bearded man who maintained a fierce expression in the mid 14th century DR. He was a shipwright who operated out of the eastern side of the harbor at Scornubel, and he maintained the ships that operated in the area, including owning the ferry that crossed from Scornubel to the south bank of the River Chionthar.[1][2]
