The Ascension Hall, or the Golden Road, was located within the complex of the Palace of the Enlightened Throne in Huzuz in 1367 DR.[note 1][1]

Ivory and alabaster statues flanked the main hallway which was lined with solid gold. The statues honored various heroes and legends known to the Enlightened Throne.[1]

This hall was reserved for special ceremonies including the annual honoring of the Grand Caliph on Ascension Day.[1]
