Ausuriel, mostly known as the blind goat, was an angel and the Herald of Shiallia, exarch of Mielikki, in the Moonsea in 1491 DR.

HistoryEdit

Ausuriel lived in a small village on an isle not too far from Phlan. She decided to live as a blind goat that accompanied the young Elisande. She followed Elisande in all her adventures, first befriending an adventuring party that had arrived in the village investigating rumors of dracoliches and ghost ships.[1]

Elisande and Ausuriel later moved to Phlan until the Cult of the Dragon took the city in a coup.[2]

After they escaped from Phlan, Elisande and the goat found a place to stay at Mulmaster's Underdark station post of Fort Iron. Here, they were possibly involved in another adventure in 1491 DR.[3]

During the Rage of Demons, Elisande and the goat briefly attended a celebration for Mielikki in the village of Elventree.[4]

Later, Elisande and the goat were inside a passage to the Upperdark near the village of the Stop.[5]

Later, in Sporedome, Elisande and the goat joined in the planning of an assault on Maerimydra.[6]

At last, at the Undying Temple, Elisande and the goat helped stop Graz'zt's ritual to resist to Vizeran DeVir's spell. Finally, Ausuriel revealed her true self, also declaring Elisande to be a Chosen of Cyric.[7][8]

RelationshipEdit

Ausuriel always traveled with Elisande.[1]
