Bella don Delroy Harpell was a member of the Harpell family and daughter of spokesman Delroy Harpell of Longsaddle in the Savage Frontier of Faerûn.[2]

Beautiful Bella was short (barely five feet[3]) with one bright green eye and one dull green eye that looked in different directions.[2]

In 1358 DR[4], Bella journeyed with Harkle, Regweld, and Bidderdoo Harpell to help defend Mithral Hall.[2]
