Black blade of disaster was a drow arcane spell used to cut through anything in its path.[1]
Effect
This spell created a crack between the planes that looked like a dark blade. It was directed by the caster through concentration and could be wielded like a weapon to do great damage against creatures and even disintegrate them if a vital spot was hit. It also damaged man-made structures and could penetrate magical barriers like a prismatic wall or sphere, a wall of force, or an antimagic shell.[1]

Users
Black blade of disaster was a spell of the dreaded drow of the Underdark,[1] but was also known and used by dimensionalists due to its plane-related nature.[2]
