Bishop Braccio was one of the members of the Council of Ten in New Phlan in the mid–14th century DR.[1]

Braccio was the leader of the city's religious community[1] and the head of Phlan's Temple of Tyr.[2]
History[]
In the mid–14th century DR, Bishop Braccio's office was nestled between two wings of Temple of Tyr, not far from the city's passenger docks.[2] During the time Phlan was occupied by servants of Tyranthraxus, Braccio's goal was to purify corruption from the Temple of Bane, located in the Old Phlan and inhabited by Banite cultists.[1]
