The Court of Proclamations, or the second court, was part of the complex of the Palace of the Enlightened Throne in Huzuz in 1367 DR.[note 1][1]

This large court was capable of holding 2,000 visitors at one time.[1]

Important proclamations were announced here on a weekly basis. The nature of these announcements included awarding new titles, commendations, as well as announcing individuals who had earned disgrace and censure from the court.[1]
