Deskyr Thanterim was the son of Hersir Thanterim and was the only member of the Thanterim family still alive by 1479.[1] One item Deskyr did have in his possession was the key to the family vaults.

Deskyr owned expensive clothes, but the only jewelry he had was a golden signet ring. He kept a well-groomed beard while atop his head was short brown hair.[2]
