Dragon's Breath is one of the 10th-level spells available in Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn upon the installation of the expansion, Baldur's Gate II: Throne of Bhaal. Like all the 10th-level spells, it can only be learnt by a mage or sorcerer of very high level and no scrolls exist of it. Dragon's Breath creates a disembodied dragon head that breathes forth an enormously damaging fireball that only affects enemies and may throw them backwards.
Vongoethe uses Dragon's Breath against the player character's party.
