Erik Mona was the editor-in-chief of Dragon magazine from 2004 to 2007 and Dungeon magazine from 2004 to 2006; both magazines were published by Paizo Publishing until 2007. He has edited, authored, and co-authored several products for the Dungeons & Dragons role-playing game, including the Living Greyhawk Gazetteer, Faiths and Pantheons, Armies of the Abyss, and Fiendish Codex I: Hordes of the Abyss. He is also the former editor of the Oerth Journal, an online publication devoted to the World of Greyhawk campaign setting. Presently he works as the publisher of Paizo Publishing.

He maintains a blog, the Analytical Engine, and lives in Seattle, Washington. He was recently named head publisher for Paizo.
