Firble was a svirfneblin councilor of King Schnicktick in Blingdenstone in the mid–14th century DR.[5] He also had secret dealings with Jarlaxle, who traded information with him.[3]
Description[]
The deep gnome had stubby fingers and was going bald.[1] Firble stood about 3 ft 6 in (1.1 m) tall and weighed around 80 lb (36 kg).[5]
Personality[]
Firble could be impatient, and though he feared Jarlaxle, he was willing to press the mercenary for information, even if the drow pressed back.[6] The deep gnome hated all types of light sources, including torchlight.[5]
Possessions[]
Instead of wearing metal armor, Firble dressed in long smooth robes.[7][7]
History[]
Around 1357 DR,[8] Firble grew more and more suspicious and fearful of the drow creeping around in the Underdark.[3] After "prompting" from Belwar Dissengulp, Firble agreed to escort Catti-brie to the drow city of Menzoberranzan.[7]
Death[]
After the Battle of Keeper's Dale, Belwar Dissengulp carried Firble's body away from the battlefield.[4]
