Sea Mother whips were kuo-toa who sought a closer communion with their goddess, Blibdoolpoolp.[1]
Description[]
The chief duty of a Sea Mother whip was to strengthen Blibdoolpoolp's hold over the kuo-toa's community, as well as prevent heretics and outside forces from affecting the goddess's monopoly on spiritual matters. In return for the dedication and desire to be close with her goddess, a Sea Mother whip was given abilities to aid her in the goals that she had been given to her by her church.[1]

Sea Mother whips could call upon their faith in order to curse their enemies with an overwhelming feeling of dread. In order to inspire the masses, these divine casters of Blibdoolpoolp could magically encourage and strengthen the resolve of their allies.[1]
