Is the uploader sure that Francis allowed to use the picture? I had asked him some time ago because of that one and others and he answered then that he himself could not give his allowance since WotC has the copyright about it and we must ask them for it. Since they do not use it as promotional stuff on their site, I doubt that it falls under fair use. Historicus 23:58, December 5, 2009 (UTC)
