From Forgotten Realms Wiki

I have set in place two templates for warning of spoilers: one for the beginning of the spoiler and one for the end, in situations where the spoiler doesn't continue until the end of the article. The templates are Template:Spoiler and Template:End spoiler and might be used like this:

{{Spoiler|warning=Plot details from Forgotten Realms novel, chapter 3}}
This is confirmed in Chapter 3 of [[Forgotten Realms novel]], when character A declares his love for character B.
