Fort Arran is an outpost that guards the Golden Road between Sespech and Arrabar, the capital of Chondath. The fort serves as a warning of sorts for the people of Sespech should a war break out with their neighbors. As such, messengers are ready to be dispatched to Mimph, Elbulder and Ormpetarr with warning for the rest of the country. ^[1]

The thousand men serving at the fort consider it a great honor to do so. ^[1]
