Felt I should share this for all whom don't have a copy of PH5 or DMG5 (I don't have DMG5). This image is in simpler form in PH5. Any thoughts?

Oh heavens, it looks like the elemental planes are separating back out from the elemental chaos? We've got the four basic elements and 3 of the 4 para-elements (smoke was changed to ash—I hope that doesn't stick), but where are the positive- and negative-energy planes?

They're there, but they're described as encompassing all other planes so weren't included on the diagram. The Elemental Chaos is also still there but it's been pushed out to the edges of the elemental planes where they kind of dissolve into it.

Here is the image from the PHB. I haven't read far enough to know what it says there.
