Heliopolis was created by the Mulhorandi pantheon and was a reflection of Mulhorand. The High Artificers of ancient Imaskar resided there alongside the Mulhorand deities.

The Lord Artificers were the tyrants of the Imaskari Empire. As the Mulhorandi deities' punishment for their cruelty towards the slaves and the mulan, they are forced to live under the gods as slaves to do their bidding.
