Large bone spikes jutted from the head and shoulders of these dragons, while smoke was continually emitted from their scales, seeming to flow like molten lava across their massive bodies. Their eyes burned bright yellow, and they reeked of brimstone. However, when they appeared before humanoids, they usually took the form of a tiefling.
Hellfire wyrms preferred to manipulate people and politics from behind the scenes; however, if they should be forced into a combat situation, they excelled at tactical maneuvers, able to turn enemies into friends and blast the rest with their powerful breath weapon. They also had the ability to temporarily summon baatezu allies and burn anything that got close to them.
