Helvur Tarnlar was a shopkeeper in Red Larch during the Elemental Evil crisis, who once provided a favor for the Lords' Alliance.[1]
Personality[]
Helvur was a snob. He disliked the local gossip and was always remarking that his hats were trendy in Silverymoon or that his boots were made for Neverwinter aristocrats, despite the fact that he had no idea about those places.[1]
Relationship[]
Helvur was married to Maegla and ran his clothing shop with her.[1]
The Tarnlars had at this time four children, two boys and two girls, aged between 7 and 10 years old, who were known to play in and around the ravine by Lance Rock outside of Red Larch.[1]
