Hilithiimm Turnstone was the master of the Cellarers' & Plumbers' Guild in Waterdeep in 1372 DR.[1]
He had the trust of the Lords of Waterdeep, of the City Watch (Waterdeep) and of the Nobility of Waterdeep. His family was renown for their discretion about the city's secrets..[1]
History
Hilithiimm had directors the Pulmbers' Guild efficiently for many years. Hilithiimm hope one day to transmit his position to his son Jhalossan Turnstone. Recently however secretly to anyone he was mentally enslaved by Nexil'Vendyliq, one of the Aboleth savant of the Savants of the Dark Tide. It permitted to Hilithiimm to act normally but steer away Cellarers by the aboleth-controlled portion of sewers and to visit regularly it to renewed the enslavement[2]
