Hojo Todahiro was an exiled former shogun of Kozakura in 1357 DR.[1]

HistoryEdit

Todahiro was the son of shogun Hojo Kikutake until the shogun died by accident in 1341 DR when Todahiro was only seventeen. Arguments started if elect shogun Todahiro or Todahiro's son. So started the Hojo war against Takenaka clan of 1342 DR-1349 DR.[3] After losing Todahiro was exiled to Kanshu island with all his most devote followers. It was elected as shogun Todahiro's young son Hojo Kawakubo, in truth manipulated by his mother Hojo Haru and the shikken Takenaka Okawa, the true ruler of Kozakura.[4] Todahiro plotted to reclaim his position but he was under kept watch of Lord Betsui Kando and observed by spies of all factions[1]
