Hori Chomin was a samurai commander of Atarashijo castle in Kozakura in 1357 DR.


Chomin was tasked with the mission of building Atarashijo at the southern entrance to the pass between the plain and Nora-ko. He led a company of twenty samurai and one hundred bushi. He directed the villagers and some artisans.[1]


Chomin was the brother of the head of the Hori clan.[1]
