Hosan Khalid was in charge of the West Center district of Huzuz in 1367 DR.[note 1]
Hosan was an extremely diligent individual.
Hosan supervised the Suq Gate, Harbor Gate, and the Grand Bazaar. These areas held most of the city's tax collectors and merchants, so much of Hosan's work revolved around permits.
