The Icewind Dale Trilogy was the first series of books featuring Drizzt Do'Urden by R.A. Salvatore. Salvatore next wrote the Dark Elf trilogy, but chronologically the books follow the Dark Elf trilogy and precede the Legacy of the Drow series.
The trilogy was collected in 2001 as The Icewind Dale Trilogy Collector's Edition and again in 2002 as The Icewind Dale Trilogy Gift Set.
