The Illuminated were located in the City of Brass on the Elemental Plane of Fire.[1]
Organization
Umar al-Hadra al-Bazan led the 50,000 soldiers of the Illuminated.[1]
Activities
The Illuminated served as constables for the City of Brass, patrolling the city and enforcing curfews.[1] They walked through the streets each night, pounding drums and announcing the start of the curfew. Curfew violations were punished harshly. First-time offenders were arrested and fined. Offenders caught a second time lost a hand and third-time offenders were executed.[2]
Base of Operations
The City of Brass served as the base of the Illuminated.[1]
