A jellaba, (pronounced jell-AH-bah,)[4] or "night cloak",[1] was a thick, warm aba worn over traditional clothing during the winter[2] or at night.[1]

DescriptionEdit

The heavy garment was made from felt or wool and was less decorated than the standard aba.[4] They were made of a dark (usually black) material, often heavy camel wool.[1]
