Keyfa al-Parid was an elven inhabitant of Huzuz, the City of Delights, in 1367 DR.[note 1][1]

Keyfa was extremely honest and had a deep love of the sea.[1]

Keyfa was personally appointed by the Grand Caliph to oversee the harbormasters of the Caliph's Harbor and Trade Harbor.[1]

She lived in a small inn called the Inn of the Sea Bass.[1]

In her past Keyfa had the opportunity to ask for a wish from an imprisoned dao. Because of her love of the sea, she wished to "never be in danger from drowning." The dao granted the wish for Keyfa, but used to opportunity to cruelly twist the meaning of the wish so that she could never leave dry land. Since that day, Keyfa would magically teleport back to land if she strayed into the water or spent time on a ship that was not docked.[1]

Keyfa owned a magical scimitar and a telescope of true vision.[1]
