Kheldell was a thorp on the northern brim of the Westwood in the foothills of the Sword Coast Spires. The only way into the village was on trail to Red Larch. The village itself was a small cluster of log homes.

All decisions were made by consensus but the most influential people were Ghelkyn and Shala Thaeral, the Voice of the Circle.[as of when?]

The economy of the village centered around logging and the horse-powered sawmill. The leader[as of when?] of the loggers was a wizard named Ghelkyn who levitated the cut timber to waiting horse teams. Loggers only took the trees that local druids, the Dusk Circle told them to. They also planted more trees than they took.
