Lagiluri was a small village located in Ra-Khati.[1]
Geography
Lagiluri was located near the mighty Jumpa River in the foothills of the Katakoro Shan range in northwestern Ra-Khati.[2]
Description
The only buildings in the village were a dozen white-washed houses and a three-story red monastery.[1]
The monks of the village cultivated fields of green peas and golden barley. The farmland was fed by numerous streams from the river.[1]
Inhabitants
Abbot Thongi SamBhota was the spiritual leader of the village.[1]
