Lantanese, also known as Lantanna,[1] was a regional tongue of South Faerûn, and the official language of Lantan.[2] Other regions where it was commonly spoken included the Nelanther Isles and Tethyr.[3]
Literate Lantanese speakers used the Draconic alphabet.[4]
Common Lantanese surnames include Angalstrand, Decirc, Lamstrand, SeKork, SeLangstra, and SeMilderic.[5]
