Living constructs were beings who were exactly the same as other constructs in form and origin but who were otherwise alive in a manner much like that of magical beasts or humanoids. Living constructs had a soul, and while they did not require organic sustenance they did require rest equivalent, though not identical, to that of sleep and were not immune to magic that targeted the living.[1] Warforged were examples of living constructs.
