Mannock was the Captain of the Watch of the local militia in the village of Deadsnows, as well as a member of the town's council,[1] during the late 1300s DR. He served Lady Arletha Icespear as she oversaw justice for lawbreakers, whether their crimes were petty or more severe.[2]
