Misikin was a feng-huang member of the Celestial Bureaucracy.[2]
Activities
Misikin was one of the officers of the Qui sub-committee that governed the affairs of the animal population of the Fochu Peninsula under orders of the Ministry of Animal Affairs of the Celestial Bureaucracy. Misikin oversaw the feathered animals.[3] She ruled Qui during the Season of the Phoenix.[4] She commanded 30 giant eagles and 10 human slaves, of which 10 eagles were always on patrol. She interacted directly with intruders and asked for tribute to her.[2]
History
In 1358 DR, one of her human slaves was the body of Setsu Iki.[2]
