Mulgor of Tyr was a diligent yet patient tax collector within the city of Waterdeep as well as a member of the City Watch. He also served in ceremonies at the temple of Tyr known as the Halls of Justice[1] and could occasionally be found at the Elfstone Tavern.[2]
