Myrthos Shyllantham is a member of the Harpers who has been petitioning High Lady Alustriel Silverhand to begin restoration of the Foclucan bard college to it's once former glory. This is a result of the rise in influence of the New Olamn Bards' College in Waterdeep.^[1]
