Pine

The pine is common in Faerûn, especially in the north, but also exists on other parts of Abeir-Toril. It grows on the southern slopes of the Spine of the World.[1]

The blueridge pine can be found in the sandy soil of the Rimwood on the outskirts of the Cormanthor forest.[2]

The pinyon pine grows in the Pasocada Basin area of Maztica where it is eaten by the Azuposi.[3]
[edit] Roseneedle
Roseneedle pines grow along the banks of the River Ashaba and rarely grow more than 3' (0.9m) tall. The roots of the tree can extend to over 10' (3m) in depth, with their ends forming tubers that are shaped roughly like potatoes and make excellent fishing bait. Each needle on the tree has a pink or white rose-like blossom.[2]
