Positoxins are able to effect an undead's physical abilities (strength and dexterity). It serves to cancel the negative energy that imbues and undead while physically breaking down its physical structure. As such, strength and dexterity positoxin damage to an undead is a drain and therefore feared by intelligent undead.
Positoxins are supernatural compounds and treated just like poisons. Being a poison, positoxins are effected by spells and effects that deal with poison, such as: detect poison, delay poison, and neutralize poison.
