Quillan was the sage of Bloodstone Village in 1357 DR.

Quillan was focused on local flora, always trying to respond to questions with something related to flowers or plants. Despite looking a bit senile, he was very intelligent and hardy. He was a good historian.[1]

Quillan originally was a druid.[3]

Quillan saw the lives and death of two barons of the Barony of Bloodstone. He teach Christine Dragonsbane the ways of the druids.[1]

In 1359 DR, he worked as an advisor to King Gareth Dragonsbane but still prided himself with teaching Christine.[4]
