Ruldarr, a man of grace and manners, was the owner of Ruldarr's Pipes, Locks, Tobacco and Fine Furniture in the tiny community of Bargewright Inn in the years after the Time of Troubles. He was also an experienced gardener, his plants taking up much of the room in his house and shop.[1]

Ruldarr had a refined appearance with a small pointed beard and an oiled mustache.[1]
