[edit] Inhabitants

The Krakk't tribe of thri-kreen makes their home here. The tribe numbers about fifty or so and is nomatic. The tribe is further split into three distinct packs.

[edit] History

Some years ago, the folk of Lheshayl decided to try and drive the thri-kreen from the hills. They made sure no animals ever wandered in to the tribes' hunting area. This tactic only drove the thri-kreen farther north and they attacked travelers on the road. This incident established the semi-official policy of driving some animals into the hills to keep the thri-kreen fed.

[edit] Rumors

Liches and other undead are said to live in the hills. And some say the undead control the thri-kreen.

[edit] Triva

The thri-kreen attack elves on sight, though the reason is unknown.
