Sajats (sah-JAHT) were tiny tambourines used by dancers in Zakhara, the Land of Fate.[1]

A sajat was small enough to be held by the fingers.[1]

Dancers and other performers used sajats to accentuate their body movement. The sajat could also be used to set the tempo for a performance.[1]
