Sakai Kazuhiko was a samurai proprietor of a shoen in Kozakura in 1357 DR.


Sakai owned a shoen near the village of Itsuki . He led thirteen samurai and fifty bushi and was at the time in a dispute over ownership of the village with the sohei Tu-shun. Sakai had captured the western end of Itsuki.[1]
