Serelis usually acted as a mediator between the Kabel's Hill's community and the elves of the forest.
History[]
Serelis lived in the Quivering Forest near Kabel's Hill. He was possibly involved in the case of the disappearance of Halvin Graingle and six other villagers inside the forest when an adventuring party went to ask for his help.[1]
