Stormlords are divine spellcasters serving Talos, an aspect of Gruumsh, who are able to wield thunder and lightning in the same way a fighter wields a weapon.[2]
[edit] Abilities
Shocking Weapon: A stormlord can enchant a spear or thrown weapon so that it inflicts electrical damage in addition to the standard damage. As the stormlord grows in power, the weapon inflicts addition electrical damage on a critical hit, and also inflicts sonic damage.[2]
Resistance to Electricity: A stormlord gains damage resistance to electricity based weapons and spells, and eventually gains complete immunity to electricity.[2]
Storm Walk: A stormlord may walk through a storm unaffected by acts of nature's fury. This ability can also be used on the stormlord's mount.[2]
Thundering Weapon: A stormlord's spear or javelin gains the thundering ability.[2]
Storm Ride: A stormlord can fly during a storm.[2]
Elemental Conflagration: A stormlord can summon a quartet of elementals, one of each type - air, fire, earth and water.[2]
| | This article is about an element from the game Neverwinter Nights 2, and so some content may not be canon. Content published in computer role-playing games is considered canon unless it violates content already existing in some other Forgotten Realms publication. Furthermore, multiple endings in a game should be considered only quasi-canon since in almost all cases no one ending has been verified as canon, with exceptions. Should there be a need to discuss this further, please do so on this article's talk page. |
Enhanced Weapon:
Any spear or thrown weapon wielded by a stormlord gains an enhancement bonus.
Extended Storm Avatar: Once per day, a stormlord can polymorph into an elemental. While polymorphed, the stormlord travels at twice their usual speed, becomes immune to knockdown effects and missile weapons, and inflicts electrical damage with each melee attack.
