Tai Chai Ming was the Minister of Magic of Shou Lung in 1358 DR.[1]


Tai Chai Ming was a talented wu jen. One day, he met Governor Kawabi, who for asked his magical counsel, especially about immortality and the magical attributes of blood lines.

Tai Chai Ming gained notoriety writing the report "A Study of the Principles of Thaumaturgic Research". That report so impressed Emperor Kai Tsao Shou Chin and his wu jen Kao Shan Ten that they decided to make Tai Chai Ming the youngest minister of magic ever in order to revitalize the moribund ministry.


He was a kind of playboy but with a keen mind about practice and theory of magic.[1]
